It turns out the issue with our car was not actually that the battery needed replacing, so even after removing the older battery, the service tech put it back in and didn't charge us for the battery (which had been ordered specifically for us), only the labor. We were very impressed with the graciousness!

He took the time to get the spare released from under my pickup bed, which was a bit of a process, and changed out the wheel in single digits weather. They repaired the tire for only $20 and even brought it back to me and put the wheel back on while I was at work.
